Woking, UK – [15th September 2026] – Overview Ltd, the UK technology company specialising in the design and manufacture of remote and autonomous sensor and pointing systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stefan Lespezeanu as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking an exciting new chapter in the company’s continued growth and innovation journey.
Stefan took up the role following a period of significant evolution for the company as it continues its transition from an established engineering heritage business into a technology company delivering integrated systems and solutions.

Woking, UK – [15th September 2026] – Overview Ltd, the UK technology company specialising in the design and manufacture of remote and autonomous sensor and pointing systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stefan Lespezeanu as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking an exciting new chapter in the company’s continued growth and innovation journey.
Stefan took up the role following a period of significant evolution for the company as it continues its transition from an established engineering heritage business into a technology company delivering integrated systems and solutions.
Stefan brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, engineering and industry leadership. He joins Overview from Honeywell Aerospace, where he most recently led the Space based RF and Optical Quantum Communications Solutions portfolio. Throughout his career, Stefan has built a strong track record in commercial excellence, product development and technological innovation, helping organisations deliver meaningful value to customers and accelerate business growth.
Overview’s core purpose remains unchanged: to protect life, operations and places in challenging conditions through intelligent sensor systems, built to perform reliably in both defence and civil environments where failure is not an option.
Under Stefan’s leadership, this purpose will be underpinned by continued investment in the technology and solutions that support it, including the expansion of Overview’s PodView Remote and Autonomous Sensor Systems, with new variants set to launch soon.
